Description
This kombucha float recipe is incredibly versatile. Use any flavor of kombucha and any ice cream. Easily make this recipe vegan or gluten-free.

- 2 scoops ice cream, divided
- 2 cups kombucha, divided
- Optional garnish
Instructions
- Put 1 scoop of ice cream into each serving glass. (Tall glasses are ideal)
- Slowly pour 1 cup of kombucha over the ice cream. If you pour too quickly, the kombucha will foam up and out of the glass.
- Add an optional garnish of cinnamon, chocolate chips, fresh fruit, or shredded coconut.
- Serve immediately with a long spoon.
Notes
Vanilla is classic, but you can use any ice cream flavor in this recipe.
Use coconut milk or almond milk ice cream for a dairy-free kombucha float.
Try different kombucha flavors or use unflavored, raw kombucha. Use homemade kombucha or store-bought—whichever you prefer.
