Kombucha Float

Description

This kombucha float recipe is incredibly versatile. Use any flavor of kombucha and any ice cream. Easily make this recipe vegan or gluten-free.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 scoops ice cream, divided
  • 2 cups kombucha, divided
  • Optional garnish

Instructions

  1. Put 1 scoop of ice cream into each serving glass. (Tall glasses are ideal)
  2. Slowly pour 1 cup of kombucha over the ice cream. If you pour too quickly, the kombucha will foam up and out of the glass.
  3. Add an optional garnish of cinnamon, chocolate chips, fresh fruit, or shredded coconut.
  4. Serve immediately with a long spoon.

Notes

Vanilla is classic, but you can use any ice cream flavor in this recipe.

Use coconut milk or almond milk ice cream for a dairy-free kombucha float.

Try different kombucha flavors or use unflavored, raw kombucha. Use homemade kombucha or store-bought—whichever you prefer.
