Description
This mocktail will soon become a Sunday brunch staple. It’s healthy, easy to put together, and delicious. I recommend serving it in a martini glass, but the choice is yours.
Ingredients
Scale
- 4 ounces cranberry juice
- 2 ounces lime juice, freshly squeezed
- Ice cubes
- 4 ounces of tangerine kombucha
- 2 slices of lime zest
Instructions
- Chill two martini glasses by placing a few ice cubes in each and setting them aside.
- Add the cranberry juice, lime juice, a few ice cubes, and tangerine kombucha to a cocktail shaker.
- Shake it vigorously for about 10 seconds.
- Remove the ice from the martini glasses.
- Strain the blend equally into two chilled martini glasses.
- Garnish each drink with a lime peel or wedge, and serve.
Notes
Tangerine kombucha is the best-fitting kombucha base for this drink. If you don’t have that, add a splash of orange juice on top of a black tea kombucha to enhance the citric experience.
If you want to add vodka to the drink, add 2 ounces to the shaker in step 2 and shake as usual.
- Cook Time: 5 minutes
