This DIY Peach Kombucha Lassi comes together in under 15 minutes. It’s gluten-free and vegetarian. Peach-kombucha lassi makes a great mocktail for a hot afternoon.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup unflavored oolong or green tea kombucha
- 1 1/2 cups diced peaches
- 2/3 cup plain yogurt
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1 handful of ice cubes
- 1/8 tsp rosewater
- Sugar or honey to taste
- Fresh mint leaves or pistachios, for garnish
Instructions
- Puree the peaches in a blender.
- Once they are smooth, add yogurt, milk, sweetener, and ice cubes.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add the ground cardamom and rosewater.
- Blend for 30 seconds until fully combined.
- Pour into the serving glass of choice.
- Garnish with mint, pistachios, or fresh peaches.
Notes
If you don’t have a blender, use a food processor.
Use frozen or fresh peaches. Thaw your peaches before blending if they are frozen.
For an even sweeter treat, serve this peach lassi over ice cream.
