Description

This DIY Peach Kombucha Lassi comes together in under 15 minutes. It’s gluten-free and vegetarian. Peach-kombucha lassi makes a great mocktail for a hot afternoon.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup unflavored oolong or green tea kombucha
  • 1 1/2 cups diced peaches
  • 2/3 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1 handful of ice cubes
  • 1/8 tsp rosewater
  • Sugar or honey to taste
  • Fresh mint leaves or pistachios, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Puree the peaches in a blender.
  2. Once they are smooth, add yogurt, milk, sweetener, and ice cubes.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Add the ground cardamom and rosewater.
  5. Blend for 30 seconds until fully combined.
  6. Pour into the serving glass of choice.
  7. Garnish with mint, pistachios, or fresh peaches.

Notes

If you don’t have a blender, use a food processor.

Use frozen or fresh peaches. Thaw your peaches before blending if they are frozen.

For an even sweeter treat, serve this peach lassi over ice cream.
