Description
Sweet and tart, this mocktail is perfect for an afternoon of entertaining. Add a shot of vodka or tequila to turn it into a hard kombucha juice.

- 1/2 cup freshly-squeezed pink grapefruit juice, chilled
- 1/2 cup black tea kombucha, after the first or second ferment
- 1 pinch sea salt
- Handful of ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- Combine the grapefruit juice and kombucha in a glass.
- Add a pinch of sea salt.
- Stir to combine.
- Add ice to the serving glass if desired.
- Garnish with grapefruit slices, lime wheels, and rosemary (optional).
- Serve.
Notes
You can also make this recipe with white or green tea kombucha if that’s what you have brewing.
If you don’t have a juicer, slice your grapefruit in half and squeeze it over a mesh strainer until you have 1/2 cup.
You can also use store-bought grapefruit juice if you prefer. Look for juice with no added sweeteners or preservatives.
