Description
Blush rose kombucha is bubbly, sweet, and slightly tart. The earthiness of the green tea complements the strawberries, creating a unique and enticing beverage.
Instructions
- Mash the diced strawberries until they become small, juiced bits.
- Pour the mashed strawberries into a wire mesh strainer atop a small jar. Squeeze the strawberries to extract the juices. Keep only the juices in the jar.
- Add the kombucha to the strawberry liquid.
- Add the rosewater to the kombucha strawberry mix.
- Add a handful of ice.
- Garnish with optional lemon slices, fresh strawberries, or edible flowers.
Notes
If you prefer a sweeter drink, mix a teaspoon of cane sugar into the strawberry juice and stir until the sugar dissolves.
Using fresh strawberries is preferable since you can extract more juice from them, but you can use frozen ones. Before juicing frozen strawberries, allow them to thaw at room temperature.
Serve a smaller portion in a champagne glass if you’re celebrating an event.
