Description
This kombucha mocktail recipe is a twist on the classic fizz. It’s bubbly, tart, and bright. Add a splash of gin, or try one of the creative variations below.

- Juice of 2 limes
- 5 fresh mint leaves, divided
- 1/2 cup black tea kombucha, divided
- 1 cup sparkling water, divided
Instructions
- Add half of the lime juice and half of the mint to each glass.
- Muddle the ingredients.
- Add 1/4 cup of kombucha to each glass.
- Add 1/2 cup of sparkling water on top of the kombucha.
- Garnish each glass with a mint leaf and serve.
Notes
Add ice to each glass for a chilled kombucha fizz.
Add one shot of gin or scotch with the kombucha in step 3 to turn this fizz mocktail into a cocktail.
Instead of black tea kombucha, use green or white tea kombucha. Your drink will be slightly milder and a little more earthy.
Add more fruit or herbs for garnish. Try lime wedges, lemon slices, or pomegranate seeds.
