This delicious smoothie will give you just the right amount of energy to get through the mid-day slump. The small amount of caffeine, abundant probiotics, and nutrients work together to nourish your body and mind.
Ingredients

- 1 cup blueberries, frozen
- 1⁄2 cup kombucha, black tea
- 1⁄2 frozen banana
- 2 tablespoons of fresh-squeezed lime juice (approximately one lime)
Instructions
- Put fresh blueberries and a halved banana in the freezer for three to five hours. Once frozen, remove the fruits from the freezer and continue with the recipe.
- Combine 4 ounces of black tea kombucha and fresh lime juice.
- Put the kombucha and banana in a blender. Blend the mixture for 10 seconds.
- Add the blueberries and blend for another 10 seconds.
- Pour the smoothie into a serving glass.
- Garnish with chia seeds, fresh mint leaves, banana slices, or cashews. (Optional)

Notes
If you don’t have frozen fruits, use fresh ones. Just remember that the smoothie will have a more juice-like consistency.
Use green or oolong tea kombucha if you don’t have black tea. Consider using a flavored base, such as ginger kombucha, for even more flavor.
Lemon juice is a suitable substitute for lime if that’s what you have available.
